We worked on our fluency skills with
some choral reading. We opened with Jack Prelutsky's poem "The
Turkey Shot Out of the Oven."
This followed with a three act
play about the pilgrims. The kids made some simple costumes and
presented their hard work for Mrs. Schilb's and Mrs. Taylor's
classes
The kids worked really hard to
make their reading sound like their regular speech. We had so
much fun we will have to do it again!
